The people at the reception were unfriendly, especially when I asked for something to eat at night because there were no chocolates in the minibar. Service was pretty good - the staff were friendly and helpful. If you'd booked a 3 star you 'd probably be happy. What can I say, the hotel offers anything a 5 star hotel needs, but in a very standard and boring way.
